Meet Edwin
Edwin Yadiel Cordero has an extensive profile in finance, holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance, with an Emphasis in Investments.
Currently, he has worked in the Real Estate Industry for more than 4 years and has been acknowledged for his rapid success. Edwin was recognized as The Rookie of the Year for Caribbean Realty in 2021 and has since become a Top Volume Producer in the company. In 2023, he achieved the top residential sale on the island and continues to grow his business exponentially.
He gained experience in the Property Registry, where he developed knowledge of the important processes in the Real Estate Market in Puerto Rico. Additionally, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
Edwin has an entrepreneurial mindset and specializes in properties for investors and the luxury market. He is known for handling negotiations with international clients and high-net-worth individuals. Beyond representing clients, he is also actively involved in real estate investments himself, further strengthening his expertise in the market.
He currently serves as the Education Director for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) in Puerto Rico, where he plays a key role in providing valuable industry knowledge, organizing educational initiatives, and helping real estate professionals stay ahead in an evolving market. Through this position, he is committed to empowering agents and investors with the tools and insights needed to build generational wealth through real estate.
Beyond real estate, Edwin is passionate about sports, especially basketball, and follows the different financial markets closely. He has been a leader in various investment strategy projects and has consulted for small local businesses.
His deep knowledge of the real estate market, combined with his communication skills, fluency in Spanish and English, and commitment to excellent client service, provides him with the essential tools needed to assist clients in buying or selling beautiful properties in Puerto Rico.
