Edwin Yadiel Cordero holds an extensive background in finance, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance and an Emphasis on Investments from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
Since entering the real estate industry, Edwin has built a reputation for rapid, measurable success. With over 6 years of experience, he was recognized as Rookie of the Year at Caribbean Realty in 2021 and has since earned the distinction of Top Volume Producer at Caribbean Realty for three consecutive years — 2023, 2024, and 2025. In 2023, he also achieved the top residential sale on the island — a milestone that reflects both his command of the luxury market and his ability to close at the highest levels.
Today, Edwin operates as a licensed REALTOR® and Broker Associate (Lic. C-20722) under Caribbean Realty Group , serving the San Juan, Dorado, and greater Puerto Rico markets. He specializes in luxury properties and investor transactions, with a proven track record working with international clients and high-net-worth individuals.
Beyond his production, Edwin is deeply invested in the real estate profession as a whole. He currently serves as Marketing Director for NAHREP Puerto Rico (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), where he leads marketing initiatives and works to empower agents and investors with the tools needed to build generational wealth through real estate.
